Order Cancellation / Modifications

• If you change your mind, act quickly! We turn around and process orders extremely quickly.

• Please call us or contact us using contact form for any quick cancellation.

• There will be 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on each order cancellation.

• Orders can be modified or cancelled only while their status is "In Process." Once an order has been "Sent to Warehouse or shipped" it cannot be cancelled or modified, as the order has been processed by our warehouse and we are awaiting tracking information.

Product Expiry Returns:

• Please note product expiry processing may take 4-8 weeks and please call us immediately if you received any product which is expired.

• Our team will be happy to replace the product free of cast if you received any product which has been expired or very close to expiry date.

Damaged Product:

• Please let us know ASAP if any product arrive damaged. Please keep all original shipping containers and take pictures if possible. We will assist our customers in these claims. We only ask that customers be patient as sometimes this process can take longer than any of us would like!
