RFID Gate

• An RFID Gate is a physical gate with fixed reader and antennas attached to it; the gate scans all tagged items move through it.
• There two types of RFID Gate such as:
  1. HF Gate: frequency range 13.56MHz.
  2. UHF Gate: frequency range 902-925 MHz.
• The benefit of RFID gates is fast handling of goods and used in every stage of supply chain creating transparent system always up-to-date.
• The gates work independently and do not need to communicate with other units in order to identify RFID tags with an active alarm or buzzer.
• They can work with both on-line and off-line mode.
• Material used for RFID gate such as glass, aluminum, furnished wood etc.
• Applications can be seen in Retail shops, POS Counters, schools, event entry and also for attendance.
